Step 2: Check that you are on a 5G+ compatible SIM card or eSIM.

If you’re using a 4G SIM card, simply change to a 5G+ eSIM via My Singtel app from 24 April 2025. Or, stop by any of our self-service kiosks to upgrade your SIM card for FREE.
