Before handing over your device:

1. Back up or transfer your data.

2. Sign out of all apps and services.

3. Turn off automatic login features such as Face ID or Touch ID.

4. Turn off Find My iPhone, Find My Device, iCloud and Google account connections.

5. Reset your phone to its factory settings.

6. Remove your SIM card and memory card.

7. Make sure no personal, Apple, Google or organisational accounts remain connected to the phone.

Complete any necessary data transfer before resetting your device, as your information cannot be recovered after a factory reset.

Is the estimated phone trade-in value the final amount I will receive?

No. The value shown by the online calculator is an estimate.

Can I trade in an iPhone, Samsung phone or a phone not purchased from Singtel?

Yes. Eligible Apple iPhone, Samsung and other supported phone models may be traded in, even if they were purchased from another retailer or mobile operator.
