Due to the phasing out of network, some locations in Singapore will not support analogue telephony services. As such,
if your location does not support such services, you can switch to Singtel digital voice services.

Addition of socket points
Additional socket points can be added at the new location. Do note that wiring service will be required for the new sock points.

You can continue to use your existing telephone number at your new location at no additional charge if it is supported by the same telephone exchange and switch. Otherwise, your telephone number will be changed at no charge. Should you want to retain your existing number, you can do so with a one-time charge of $10.90 and $26.16 (Incl. 9% GST) every 3 months (with a minimum 3-mth commitment period) subsequently.

If you prefer to change your number instead of retaining it, you can do so by paying a one-time charge of $32.70 (Incl. 9% GST) per number.

You only have to arrange for the rewiring of your cable and telephone lines, which can be carried out by your own contractor. There is no need for any service relocation by Singtel.

You have to be present at all appointments. Please note that Singtel will only visit the new location for the relocation work.
Service(s) at your existing location will cease in the early morning of your activation appointment date. Service activation at the new location will be done according to the timing of your activation appointment.
