Firstly, let’s talk about phone discounts.
Head to the product page of whichever phone or device you’re interested in, then click “Find out more” in the highlighted box.
This is where you'll discover the specific Singtel deals available for that product.
This will open up a list of ALL the possible discounts and promotions you can get with this particular phone.
Scroll through the list – any Singtel deals that are online exclusives should be indicated as such.
Here's an example: For the iPhone 14 Pro Max, Singtel is currently offering an additional $30 discount if you buy online, together with a Phone Plan.
Note that some discounts are stackable, while others are not.
It’s easy enough to tell which is which – just look at whether it says “OR” or “+” above the discount.
Anything that states “+” is stackable, meaning you can use it together with other discounts!
In the case of this product, for example, you can see that there is an exclusive $30 discount + a $300 off your device if you purchase the phone with a Phone Plan.
This means that both these discounts are stackable.
Assuming you fulfil the conditions, you can get a total of $330 off ($30 discount + $300 off) for this phone!

#3: Shop on Singtel.com for home appliances
Wait, Singtel sells home appliances?
Yes, that’s right! You can buy home appliances like fridges, washing machines, and TVs on Singtel's online store.
Shop Samsung home appliances here, or other brands’ home appliances here.
Now, you might be wondering... why would you buy these appliances on Singtel when you can buy them from Harvey Norman, or from the respective brands?
If you purchase these on Singtel, you can make use of Singtel PayLater, which is a flexible interest-free instalment plan that lets you pay in bite-sized monthly repayments over 12, 24 or 36 months, without any hidden fees.
To purchase items using Singtel PayLater, simply choose your preferred payment term on the product page, then proceed to check out.
Note that you will need to be a Singtel customer and fulfil certain criteria in order to use Singtel PayLater.
However, this isn’t limited to Singtel’s mobile customers. If you don’t have a mobile line from Singtel but you use broadband / Fibre services from Singtel, that counts as well!
#4: Have your items delivered securely to your doorstep
When you opt to shop on Singtel.com, you can have your items delivered securely (either to a POPStation, or to your doorstep).
For delivery to your doorstep, you’ll be able to choose a delivery timing upon checkout (for example, 9am to 12pm, 2pm to 5pm, or 6pm to 9pm).
If you’re purchasing devices and/or accessories without a plan, you’ll simply need to sign for the delivered package. If you’re not around, you can get someone else to sign for your package.
If you’re purchasing a device or accessory together with a plan, you’ll need to be present at the time of delivery.
In order to make sure that the transaction is secure, you’ll need to present your original NRIC/FIN to the courier, or log into your Singpass account in the presence of the courier and show your Singpass digital NRIC/FIN for verification.
This helps us ensure that your purchase is protected and reaches you safely.
If you’re not able to receive your purchase yourself, you can authorise someone else who is at least 21 years of age to receive it on your behalf.
They will need:
Your original NRIC/FIN
Their original NRIC/FIN (alternatively, they may log into their Singpass account in the presence of the courier and present their Singpass digital NRIC/FIN for verification.)
Authorisation letter signed by you
