Information on cross carriage
Like previous years, you can enjoy seamless viewing of the Premier League and FA Cup on Singtel TV. Simply tune in to StarHub’s Hub Premier channels via your Singtel TV Set-Top Box (CH 102 - 107) via the cross-carriage arrangement. This will be at the same price of $69.90/mth made available to StarHub TV customers.
To sign-up for the Premier League cross-carriage pack (which will include the FA Cup), you will need the following:
1. Your Singtel TV number
- You can find this on your Singtel TV bill or login to My Singtel app to retrieve it.
Step 1:
Login to My Singtel app via your One Pass.
Once this is done, click on the account number to view your details.
Step 2:
Look for the 8-digit number listed next to the TV icon.
This is your Singtel TV number.
Your Singtel TV service number is the 8-digit number listed under Singtel TV.
2. Copy of NRIC / Foreign ID of the Singtel TV residential subscriber; BRN of the Singtel TV business subscriber.
- This will need to be uploaded in your application.

For our cross-carriage Premier League customers on Singtel TV, you’ll be able to watch FA Cup within the existing cross-carriage pack with no change in price. FA Cup will be broadcast on Hub Premier 4 (CH 105).
The channel(s) on Singtel TV Set-Top Box will be activated within 5 working days, after you have successfully signed up for cross-carriage with StarHub. StarHub will send you an SMS message when your service has been successfully activated.
Alternatively, you may also tune in to Hub Premier channels (Singtel TV channels 102 to 107) to check if you are able to view the channels. If you are able to view the channels, it means that your cross- carriage subscription is successful. To ensure that you will be able to watch the live matches when the season starts, we strongly encourage you to sign-up early.

Yes. The Premier League starting from 2022/2023 will be made available to customers who wish to watch it on their Singtel TV Set-Top Boxes with the cross-carriage arrangement.

The number of Premier League channels is the same for StarHub's IPTV set up. The number of channels and the scheduling of channels within is determined entirely by StarHub.
You will receive a confirmation SMS from StarHub, within 5 working days (from the day you successfully sign-up).
