Why is Singtel discontinuing *1688/*1626/*1840125 service?
The demand and usage of these services have decreased significantly over the last few years as user move towards online self-help channels, e.g. My Singtel app and Singtel My Account which provides user with details of their account and subscriptions details at a glance.
What is My Singtel app?

I do not have access to My Singtel app since I do not have data/roaming data.
You may connect to My Singtel app by using WiFi and logging in via OnePass.
