All BCA Registered Contractors:
N/A
All Government Supplier Registration (GSR) Registered Contractors (formerly known as EPPU Registration):
S10 > $30,000,000
Other Eligibility:
All Security Agencies:
Either one of the two licenses issued by the PLRD:
1) The security agency license; and/or
2) The security service provider license;
They should also:
1) Obtain a “B Grade” from PLRD at least 4 times in the last 5 years.
