TENDER NOTICE
Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) invites submission for: -
Tender for :-Term Contract for Provision of Property Management Services to Singtel Data Centres for a period of Thirty-Six (36) Calendar Months.

ELIGIBILITY
All BCA Registered Suppliers:
Work head category: minimum L5 ($13,000,000) or above;
BizSAFE Certification: minimum Level 3

All Government Supplier Registration (GSR) Registered Contractors (formerly known as EPPU Registration):
S9 (up to S$30,000,000) or above

Experience
Managing agent to Data Center / mission-critical facilities

TENDER BRIEFING / SITE WALK

1. Tender Briefing / Site Walk (all three (3) days) is compulsory.
2. Each tenderer shall be limited to 3 Representatives (i.e. 1 Authorised to sign personnel (director etc), 2 persons who are working on this tender).
3. Tenderer must submit the Visitor Request information before 5.00pm, 26 August 2019 to 1927sin@northcroft.sg
   for security clearance.  

TENDER DEPOSIT
Tenderer to furnish a tender deposit of S$3,802.00 (inclusive of GST) in the form of a cheque made out in favour of Northcroft Lim Consultants Pte Ltd on the tender briefing day.

The tender deposit will be refunded in full to all unsuccessful tenderers who have submitted a bona fide tender. The tender deposit of the successful tenderer will be retained to defray the lithography costs of the contract documentation.

TENDER CLOSING DATE / TIME
13 September 2019 (not later than 12 noon)

Any application received after the stipulated closing date and time will not be considered.
