Outcomes
With a shift away from traditional manpower-intensive models towards outcome-based contracting, AETOS saw a need to evolve its operations. Due to a lack of integration capabilities, operations were previously siloed, which led to inefficiencies.
In March 2022, AETOS launched its 5G Integrated Command Centre (ICC). By tapping on to the Singtel 5G Paragon platform and its Multi-Access Edge Compute (MEC) capabilities, AETOS was able to increase overall productivity with greater manpower savings.
This was done with Singapore's largest 3D digital twin, enabling real-time situational awareness of its operations. This also meant simultaneous monitoring of its own and clients' premises in all aspects.
Increase in overall productivity
Integrating new technologies with existing security solutions allowed for more efficient decision-making and effective use of manpower.
Reduction in manpower
Compared to the past, the ICC can now operate with 50% less manpower, with deployed operators having more time for incident management and decision-making.
Upskilled staff
Expanding AETOS's capabilities to accelerate all of its business areas.
