My Smart Network is Singtel’s set of free and subscription-based smart features, controlled through the My Singtel app, that helps you stay safer online and manage your mobile and broadband services more easily. Depending on the feature, you can protect your home WiFi, manage family mobile usage, block scam calls and SMS, and control roaming settings in one place.
You can access My Smart Network through the My Singtel app. Open the app, then go to the Add-ons tab or the Quick access panel to explore available features and manage the ones you use.
You can use My Smart Network for four main needs: staying safer online, managing your home WiFi, controlling your family’s mobile usage, and handling roaming more confidently. That includes features such as Broadband Protect, WiFi Care, MobileShare Data Care, Scam Call Protect and Roam Protect.
No. Many My Smart Network features are free, while some are optional subscription-based services. That means you can start with the features you need most and add more only if you want them.
Open My Singtel app, go to the Add-ons tab, select the feature you want, and tap Sign Up. You can also sign up online through Singtel.
Yes. Through My Smart Network, you can switch on Broadband Protect, which will help protect every device connected to your home WiFi against malicious websites, phishing, malware and botnets.
Yes. Through My Smart Network, you can access WiFi Care which will allow you to test WiFi coverage, find weak spots, get guidance on router placement, and manage your router remotely in the My Singtel app.
Yes. If you’re on MobileShare or 5G MobileShare Plus, MobileShare Data Care lets you share data, SMS and talktime, set data limits, and manage usage in the My Singtel app.
Yes. Scam Call Protect is a free My Smart Network feature that helps block scam calls and SMS before they even reach you, using real-time detection and filtering on Singtel’s network. It is free for Singtel mobile and fixed-line customers.
Yes. Roam Protect is available through My Smart Network and helps you manage roaming more confidently with alerts by SMS, email or Flash SMS, data caps to help prevent excess usage, and settings such as Network Lock and AutoReadyRoam in the My Singtel app.
