Yes. Make sure of the following:

1. Your current number must be an active postpaid line registered under your NRIC/FIN. If not, please contact your telco to transfer ownership of the line to yourself.

2. Your current postpaid line must be active with no outstanding payments to your telco.

3. Your request to port out from your existing telco must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

Unused local data, roaming data, calls, and SMS can be carried forward when you top up your hi! Plan before it expires. Your unused benefits will be automatically rolled over and stacked for up to 6 months. Customers on Auto-Recurring plans are also eligible to enjoy this rollover feature.

From 17 Aug 2026, you can get an eligible hi! by Singtel plan online at singtel.com/hi and choose a physical SIM at checkout. Once you receive your order confirmation email, visit any participating hi! retailer during operating hours to collect your SIM card.

SIM card collection is available for:

•         New sign-ups for hi! plans

•         Port-ins to hi! plans

All plans must be purchased online via singtel.com/hi.

Collect your SIM card within 30 days of your purchase date. If your SIM card is not collected within 30 days, your order will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

Yes, SIM card collection is free for all eligible hi! by Singtel plans. There are no additional fees.

You can collect your SIM card from any participating hi! retailer that’s convenient for you. You don’t need to select a collection outlet during purchase. View the full list of hi! retailer locations. 

Once you have received your order confirmation email, your SIM card is ready for collection. Visit any participating hi! retailer during operating hours to pick it up.
