The Caller ID add-on is either not provisioned to you or your telephone is faulty​

What can you do?

1. Check if you have subscribed to Caller ID.​

a) Launch My Singtel App.​
b) Log in with your OnePass account.​
c) Tap on your Home Digital Line service. ​
d) Under My add-ons, you will see 'Caller ID' if you have this service. 


2. Use your mobile phone to call your home number. You should see your mobile number or the text “PRIVATE” on your telephone display screen.​


3. If you don’t see the above screen, change to another telephone set and try again.​

How to know it worked?

You will see the Caller ID appearing on your telephone.​
