1. Unable to make outgoing call



 

No Tel 1 and Tel 2 light on your Optical Network Terminal/Optical Network Router​
There is a loss of home line connection with our system.​
 



 

You do not hear a dial tone

The telephone is either not securely connected to the Optical Network Terminal (ONT)/Optical Network Router (ONR) or faulty.​
 



 

You hear a persistent dial tone after dialling

Your number is not detected in our system.



 

You hear echo or noise while dialling​
The telephone, telephone cable, or Optical Network Terminal (ONT)/Optical Network Router (ONR) might be faulty.​​
 

2. Unable to receive incoming call



 

Caller hears "The subscriber you just called is not available."​
There is a loss of home line connection with our system.
 



 

Caller hears "The number you just called is not in use."​

Your Home Digital Line service is not activated.​
 



 

Caller hears an engaged tone​

Your telephone number is not detected in our system.​
 

3. Unable to use Home Digital Line add-ons service



 

Caller ID not working
The Caller ID add-on is either not provisioned to you or your telephone is faulty.
 



 

Caller Number Non-Display (CNND) not working​

The CNND add-on is not activated.​​
 



 

Call forwarding not working​

Call forwarding is not activated or forwarded to a number that is busy.​
 



 

International Direct Dialling (IDD) not working​​
You need to make changes to your existing services to use IDD.​​​
