What can you do?

1. Switch off and on your network devices such as the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) or Optical Network Router (ONR).​

2. Wait for up to 3 mins for your network devices to restore.

How to know it worked?

Check the ONT/ONR to find a green light on Tel 1 or Tel 2 port. Ensure that your telephone is securely connected to port that has green light.
