Singtel has partnered with Palo Alto Networks to pioneer one of the world’s first 5G Security-as-a-Slice (SecaaS) cyber security solutions. Through 5G network slicing technology and the Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), the solution offers real-time protection and advanced safeguards against cyber threats while delivering the high-speed benefits of 5G.

How does it work?
Enterprise Mobile Protect leverages 5G network slicing technology to integrate a Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) into Singtel’s 5G+ network. Powered by advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), the NGFW detects and blocks zero-day cyber threats including viruses, malware, spyware and phishing links. These threats are proactively identified and blocked in real-time at the network level, preventing them from reaching users' mobile devices.
