BBC Player service is an authenticated multi-genre SVOD (Subscription Video On Demand) service that allows viewers to watch the very best BBC programmes anytime, anywhere. BBC Player Service features on-demand content of BBC Earth, BBC First, BBC Lifestyle, CBeebies and BBC Brit (exclusive to BBC Player).
Who is eligible to subscribe for BBC Player on CAST?
You may subscribe to BBC Player on CAST if you are a Singtel Postpaid Mobile or Broadband subscriber. Alternatively, you may sign up for a free CAST account and pay via credit card option which is available to everyone.
I am a Singtel Mobile customer, how do I create a CAST account?
First, download the CAST app from the <a href=”https://app.appsflyer.com/id1115565258?pid=homepage&c=below_button” target=”_blank”>App Store</a> or <a href=”https://app.appsflyer.com/com.singtel.play?pid=homepage&c=below_button” target=”_blank”>Google Play Store</a>. <br><br>Next, launch the CAST app and login with your Mobile no. and OTP.
How do I access BBC Player?
BBC Player is available online (player.bbc.com) and as an app on Apple App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store for Android devices.
How do I login to BBC Player with CAST?
Step 1: Ensure that you are subscribed to BBC Player via CAST and you have already created your CAST account (otherwise, visit Qn 3 on how to create CAST account) </br>Step 2: Visit player.bbc.com or download the BBC Player app from the App Store or Google Play Store. </br>Step 3: Click on Singtel logo and CAST option. Subsequently, login with your Mobile no. + OTP or Cast ID and password. </br>Step 4: You’re done! Start streaming or downloading your favourite BBC shows.
How do I enjoy the first 30 days trial on credit card?
You can enjoy free 30 days trial free for your first-time subscription of the pack through credit card. This trial is not applicable for subsequent sign-ups. To activate this free trial offer, you will need to enter your credit card details. Your card will not be charged during the trial and you can cancel any time – this does not restrict access to the subscription during the trial. If you do not cancel during your trial, your paid subscription will start automatically at the end of the trial.
How do I manage my credit card subscription?
You can manage your credit card pack subscription by logging onto cast.sg website. Login with your CAST ID and password or mobile number and OTP > Click on the profile icon on the top right > Select ‘CAST Account > Manage or terminate your subscription under ‘Credit Card Subscription’.
If I terminate my credit card subscription, will my CAST access end too?
For credit card subscription, customers are billed in advance for a 30-day period. Even if you terminate your subscription, you will still have access to your subscription till the end of your 30-day billing period.
