3. Viewing policy documents

Once you’ve purchased Singtel Active Protect, your policy documents will be emailed to you by AIA Singapore within 5 working days.

4. Making insurance claims

Medical claims and loss of personal electronic devices claims (with the exception of accidental death benefit) can only be made after a 14-day waiting period, from the date of purchase.

Step 1:
Complete the Singtel Active Protect claim form and prepare the relevant supporting documents listed.

Step 2:
Submit the supporting documents and claim form to AIA Singapore within 30 days from the date of incident.

Step 3:
The time required to process a claim is subjected to the completeness and timeliness of all supporting documents submitted. AIA Singapore Claims Department will process your claim within 21 working days upon receipt of all the completed claims and supporting documents.

5. Cancellation request

Changed your mind? You may cancel within 14 days from date of purchase and get a full refund.

There will be no refund if the plan has been purchased for more than 14 days or if claims have been made.

If you're eligible for a refund, it will be credited to your Singtel bill. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for it to be reflected. E.g. if you cancelled your plan before your June bill, your refund will be credited in June or July.
