- By submitting a request to book a session at and/or use the TikTok Creator House at the Singtel Shop at 313@Somerset (“Creator House”), you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
- Content Guidelines.
(a) You agree to provide any information reasonably requested by us in relation to all content created by you in the Creator House (whether such content is to be livestreamed or recorded) (“
Content”), including but not limited to an agenda or outline of the Content, relevant talking points and script. We shall have the right to propose reasonable edits to the Content and you agree to incorporate such edits to the Content.
(b) You undertake that any Content created will be in accordance with the information provided by you under Clause 5(a) above, and shall not:
(i) scam, mislead, misinform or otherwise defraud audiences;
(ii) be harmful, vulgar, violent or contain disparaging, hateful or harassing language or gestures;
(iii) contain any content that is rude, offensive, discriminatory, political, or is otherwise in violation of general society’s moral standards;
(iv) be in breach of any applicable laws or any third party’s intellectual property rights; or
(v) contain content that is otherwise reasonably deemed inappropriate by us.
(c) Unless otherwise agreed, you agree to tag Singtel’s social media account(s) in the Content or mention Singtel by using appropriate hashtags.
(d) For the avoidance of doubt, all Content is created by and belongs to you, and all views expressed by you in your Content do not belong to or reflect Singtel’s views
- Use of the Creator House.
(a) Each session’s duration includes time for setting up and rehearsing.
(b) You agree to comply with our Livestream Code of Conduct and such other directions provided to you from time to time regarding the use of the Creator House.
(c) A moderator appointed by Singtel may be present during your session to moderate the same.
(d) Unless expressly authorised by us, all Content created shall be conducted, streamed or hosted on your social media account(s) only and not on Singtel’s social media accounts. You agree that Singtel has the right to broadcast any content created by you in the Creator House on its social media channels.
(e) You undertake to return the Creator House and all equipment therein in good working order after your use of the Creator House. Please report any faulty or damaged equipment to us immediately. You are responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the Creator House during your usage of the same and undertake to restore it to the condition when you entered.
- Personal Data. By requesting to book and by using the Creator House, you agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted to us (if any) may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Singtel and its affiliates for the purposes of managing and administering the Creator House and is subject to Singtel’s Data Protection Policy (http://www.singtel.com/data-protection) and the Singtel General Consumer Terms & Conditions (https://www.singtel.com/personal/terms/general-consumer-terms). You consent to and authorise Singtel to use at its sole discretion, any of their personal data, including names, addresses, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of them for promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by applicable law).
- Liability.
(a) The Creator House and all services and equipment provided therein are provided on an “as is” basis, and we make no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied (statutory or otherwise), including but not limited to warranties regarding the merchantability, sufficiency, quality and fitness for a particular purpose of the Creator House. You agree to wholly assume all risks in your use of the Creator House.
(b) Notwithstanding anything in these Terms of Use, we or our agents and employees shall not be responsible or liable for any liability arising from your use of the Creator House, including but not limited to any injury or loss, or Content created or shared by you in the Creator House.
(c) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, you agree to indemnify Singtel against any liability of any kind arising in connection with your use of the Creator House, including but not limited to any injury or loss, or Content created or shared by you in the Creator House.
- We reserve the right to:
(a) terminate or suspend any livestream or recording session at any time if reasonably deemed appropriate by us without any liability to you;
(b) take any necessary action against you if you breach any provision in these Terms of Use; and
(c) amend, terminate or suspend these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice and liability to you.
- The Singtel General Consumer Terms & Conditions which may be found at this link (https://www.singtel.com/personal/terms/general-consumer-terms) shall apply as applicable to these Terms of Use.
- These Terms of Use shall be governed by Singapore law.
