Employment advisory, upskilling and social engagement.
The Centre for Domestic Employees provides employment-related advice and assistance to foster a healthy employment relationship between domestic workers and their employers. CDE also organises activities and facilitates training programmes to promote upskilling and help domestic workers better integrate into local community.

Workplace safety and health
It is essential for employers to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Foreign workers can alert MOM on unsafe workplace conditions through the FWMOMCare mobile app. The FWMOMCare app can also be used to monitor your health, access medical records and seek medical help. Additionally, the Workplace Safety and Health Council also provides resources on best practices for workplace safety and health, including topics on machinery safety, vehicular safety and fall hazards.
