Network signal available but unable to connect to Internet

For iOS phone

1. Restart your device

2. Check that you have enabled Mobile Data in your device settings

3. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network > APN
    
Check to ensure the following is correct

APN name: e-ideas
Password: 65ideas



For Android phone

 1. Restart your device

 2. Check that you have enabled Mobile Data in your device settings

 3.Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Access Point Names (APN)

If APN is different, tap the icon at the top-right and ‘Reset to default’ and ensure the following is correct.

APN name: e-ideas
Password: 65ideas
